Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities and leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell certified loose diamonds and jewelry products, ensuring customers are informed about the quality, certification, and value of the products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain and update client records, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the diamond industry and product knowledge.
- Coordinate with the design and merchandising teams to meet client specifications and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
