Job Description
Field Sales - Upvc,Doors,Windows,Alumnium , Pergoala systems.Responsibilities:
Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and high-net-worth homeowners.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Serve as the primary point of contact and provide excellent customer service.
Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all company products, including their features, benefits, technical specifications, and competitive advantages.
Sales Process:
Conduct site visits and in-person meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored product solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales to close deals.
Generate and manage leads, sales pipelines, and sales forecasts.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales and collection targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, installation, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience from order to installation.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data in the company's CRM system. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
