Sales Executive / Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager with 2 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Graduate from any stream or pre-graduate level with good local language skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of success in architect-driven sales.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and roofing products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Experience in target industries such as PVC/UPVC or aluminum windows, tiles, decorative paints, etc.
• Knowledge of job execution is an added advantage.
