Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and industrial clients
- Promote and sell industrial safety footwear to factories, project sites, and institutional buyers
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to generate sales leads
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable safety footwear solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales reports and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
