Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and industrial clients
  • Promote and sell industrial safety footwear to factories, project sites, and institutional buyers
  • Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to generate sales leads
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable safety footwear solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
