Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our OTC Division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and generating sales of OTC products in the assigned territory, ensuring product availability, market coverage, retailer engagement, and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and generate sales for OTC / consumer healthcare products in the assigned territory.
- Regularly visit chemists, retailers, wholesalers, stockists and doctors as per company strategy.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail counters and distribution points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists, distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and product movement in the territory.
- Ensure timely collection of orders and coordination with distributors / stockists.
- Conduct product promotion activities and implement company marketing strategies in the field.
- Maintain daily call reports, tour plans and sales reports as per company requirements.
- Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities in the assigned HQ / territory
