Position Overview
Policybazaar is seeking confident, dynamic, and high-energy professionals to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This role serves as a primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for promoting financial products, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Metrics
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Compensation: INR 2.67 Lakhs to 4.2 Lakhs Per Annum + Unlimited Performance Incentives
- Eligibility: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduates; Freshers are welcome
- Work Location: Gurgaon (Sector 44)

Profile:Sales Consultant (Inside Sales) & Field Sales
- Product Promotion: Assist customers telephonically regarding a diverse range of insurance and financial products.
- Sales Execution: Understand customer requirements accurately to close sales cycles successfully.
- Target Management: Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets with efficiency.
- Internal Coordination: Respond promptly to all internal communications and maintain precise pipeline logs.
Field Sales
- Meet clients and prospects in assigned territories.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and sales meetings.
- Close sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Intermediate (10+2 passed) or equivalent qualification. Graduate degrees are preferred.
- Experience Level: 0 to 4 years of experience. Prior experience in sales or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and active listening capabilities.
- Functional Competencies: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office applications.
- Core Attributes: Quick learner, result-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
