Sales Executive || Experienced

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Process customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely manner.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in BPO sales or similar industry.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
• Ability to work on an hourly wage basis with flexible scheduling options (rotational shifts).
• Proficiency in handling high-volume outbound calling activities with minimal errors.
