Sales Executive (Project)

• Site Combing for the purpose of lead generation.
• Data Collection and updation.
• Carpenter visits.
• Other Influencer visits (Engineer/ Contractor/ Interior Designer etc.)
• Provide Market Feedback to the Company regularly.
• Assist in implementing local promotion activity.
• Achieve individual secondary sales and collection targets.
• To ensure service and supplies to ongoing sites.
• To handle complaints, if any.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achievement of individual secondary sales targets.
• Quantity and Quality of Lead generation.
• Conversion ratio of leads identified (both quality and quantity)
• Identification and addition of Influencers to the Company Business rolls.
• Regular and diligent observance of the CRM reporting system.
