About the Company:
Shades and Styles Design Studio is a creative interior styling brand
based in Rajkot, specializing in artistic dcor products and handcrafted
design elements. We help clients transform spaces with unique art pieces
that reflect style, elegance, and individuality.
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to manage our in-house art
gallery, engage walk-in clients, and drive sales conversions. This is a
client-facing role suited for someone with a presentable personality,
excellent communication, and a genuine interest in art and home dcor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and manage walk-in clients at the studio/gallery
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products
- Explain product details, pricing, and customization options
- Convert inquiries into successful sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure proper display and presentation of artwork and dcor items
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups
Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable appearance with a customer-first mindset
- Sales-oriented with confidence in handling client queries
- Basic interest or knowledge in home dcor, art, or interior styling
- Prior experience in retail, showroom, or client-facing roles preferred
Graduation: Any Graduate Any Specialization
Post Graduation: Not Required
