Position: Sales Engineer/Deputy Sales Manager

Base: Punjab,Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Pune, Bangalore.

Preferred Education:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics) or Science Graduate. MBA will be an added advantage.

Salary is not going to be a constraint for the deserving candidate

What we are looking for:

3-5 years of experience in B2B Direct Industrial Sales-specially in packaging or automation.
Experience in selling of coding and marking products will be an added advantage.
Fluent in the Bengali, Hindi and English.
CRM: Experience in handling CRM will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing industries, with expertise in Strategic Sales, Negotiation and Order Closure skill, timely collection of payment.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Business Development, coverage and expansion of market.
Client Management and Customer satisfaction.
Analyse customer needs and recommend solutions from product portfolio.
Report on market opportunities, ongoing projects, and competitor activities.
Ideal candidates should possess market and geography knowledge, demonstrate a solution-oriented approach should be mobile with 2 wheelers, ready to extensive travelling across length and breadth of Eastern Region and North eastern States.
