Sales Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the Banca channel.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner banks to drive business growth.
• Identify new opportunities for cross-selling insurance products through banking partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in banca or similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an insurance company or bank.
• Strong understanding of the local market, including knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
