Sales Coordinator - US market

Role & responsibilities

• Customer Enquiry Management
• Coordination with Production planning and QC
• Technical Support
• Costing & Tenders
• Quotation Management & Follow-Up
• Order Management
• Sales Order Management
• Shipping Documentation & Communication
• Payment & Invoice Management
• MIS and reporting

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-8 years of work experience, Engineering degree is a must preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Prior costing and sales support experience will be added advantage specially in submitting tenders
• Job experience will be preferred specially in product costing, tender submission and order execution
• Strong technical understanding of cable products and manufacturing processes
• prior exposure to CRM or any other software will be preferred

This position will be mostly Work from Home for minim 3 days a week, as the position caters to US markets.
