Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing quotations, order processing, customer coordination, and sales documentation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills with experience in the laboratory, scientific, or analytical instruments industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customer quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate timely order execution.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain customer records, order status, sales reports, and MIS.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support.
• Maintain proper documentation of quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and dispatch details.
• Support tender documentation and other sales coordination activities.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, BMLT, Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), or any other relevant Science discipline.
• BBA, B.Com, or MBA (Marketing) candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience & Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Support, or Order Processing.
• Experience in the Laboratory Instruments, Scientific Instruments, Analytical Instruments, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Healthcare Equipment, or Diagnostics industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/CRM software.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and multitasking skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
