Minimum 4 years in Building Materials industry with Pre-Sales & Post-Sales exposure
Role & responsibilities
Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will support and manage the sales team by coordinating Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong coordination abilities, and proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination:
- Act as the central point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
- Coordinate daily sales activities, track progress, and ensure targets are met.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and tender submissions.
Pre-Sales:
- Understand client requirements and assist in preparing proposals.
- Provide product information, technical specifications, and presentations.
- Liaise with marketing to ensure promotional materials are aligned with client needs.
Post-Sales:
- Ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation of building materials.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and technical teams for timely execution.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, dashboards).
- Knowledge of building materials and construction industry practices.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
