About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
with experience in IT infrastructure solutions. The ISR will be responsible for lead
generation, client engagement, and supporting the field sales team to drive revenue
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and
online networking.
Manage in-bound leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their IT infrastructure needs.
Promote and sell IT products & solutions (Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Printers,
Servers, Networking Equipment, etc. from OEMs like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.).
Support the field sales team with appointment scheduling, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM.
