Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales team to process customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
• Prepare and maintain quotations for Industrial UPS systems, Servo Stabilizers, Transformers, and other power conditioning solutions.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, order status, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Service to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
• Track sales orders from order confirmation through dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and order documentation in ERP/CRM systems.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, sales forecasts, and other management reports as required.
• Assist the Sales team in tender documentation, proposal preparation, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with customers for payment follow-ups and required commercial documentation.
• Support the Sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination and timely communication.
• Handle customer queries and ensure prompt resolution by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Maintain proper filing of sales documents, purchase orders, contracts, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
