Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales / Business Development

Experience: 1 - 3 years


Role Overview:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with prior experience in telesales, preferably within the Insurance, BPO, or Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of insurance products and processes, along with strong coordination and communication skills to support the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
  • Support lead management, follow-ups, and tracking of sales activities
  • Maintain and update sales data, MIS reports
  • Assist in documentation and processing of insurance-related transactions
  • Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities by coordinating with stakeholders
  • Handle customer queries and provide basic information on insurance products
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery

Key Requirements:


  • Prior experience in telesales (Insurance/BPO/Call Centre preferred)
  • Basic to good knowledge of insurance products and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good coordination and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
