Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order status in the ERP/CRM system.
  • Track customer orders from receipt to delivery and provide regular status updates.
  • Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt support regarding orders, deliveries, and product information.
  • Follow up with customers on pending quotations, purchase orders, payments, and deliveries.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS for management.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and tender documentation.
  • Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid stock shortages.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related records.
  • Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination and communication.
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM software is preferred.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
