Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order status in the ERP/CRM system.
- Track customer orders from receipt to delivery and provide regular status updates.
- Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt support regarding orders, deliveries, and product information.
- Follow up with customers on pending quotations, purchase orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS for management.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and tender documentation.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid stock shortages.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related records.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination and communication.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
