Job Description - Sales Coordinator
Location - Kirti Nagar, Delhi
Experience - Above 1 year

1. Sales Order Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders from receipt to dispatch.
2. Customer & Dealer Support: Coordinate with dealers, architects, consultants, and customers to address inquiries and provide order updates.
3. Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with Production, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
4. MIS & Reporting: Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales MIS reports accurately and within timelines.
5. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), sales orders, customer records, and other sales documentation.
6. ERP/CRM Management: Ensure timely and accurate updating of customer, order, and sales data in the ERP/CRM system.
7. Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams for outstanding payment follow-ups and customer account reconciliation.
8. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints while maintaining a high level of service.
9. Sales Team Support: Provide operational and administrative support to the Oikos Sales Team to help achieve business objectives.
10. Process Compliance: Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and defined sales processes while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality
