Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and qualify leads received through various online channels such as the company website, IndiaMART, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Contact fresh leads daily, validate customer requirements, and assign qualified leads to the sales team.
- Follow up with existing leads to schedule meetings and support timely conversions.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update lead status in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and arrange customer meetings as required.
- Achieve lead conversion and customer satisfaction targets while maintaining proper documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Telecalling/Sales Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Confident, professional, and a strong team player.
