Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with channel partners (distributors, dealers, retailers) for order processing and execution
Handle sales documentation including quotations, invoices, and dispatch details
Maintain and update sales reports, MIS, and customer databases
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and deliveries
Assist in managing inventory coordination with warehouse/logistics teams
Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Coordinate for promotional activities, schemes, and product launches
Ensure proper communication between internal teams and external partners

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales coordination , preferably in electrical products (switches, MCB, wiring accessories, etc.)
Strong understanding of distributor/dealer network
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/software handling
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Business)
