Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales orders from receipt to cash application, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, procurement) to resolve order discrepancies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze sales data using tools like Excel and Oracle SCM to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator (OEM Advanced Excel Mandatory)

Department: Sales / Dispatch Coordination

Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (OEM segment) to manage coordination between OEM customers, sales, production, and dispatch teams. The role requires strong Advanced Excel skills, excellent follow-up ability, and experience in handling OEM order flow, documentation, and dispatch tracking in a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Coordinate with OEM customers for order processing, schedules, and dispatch updates
Manage coordination between sales, production, quality, and dispatch teams
Track OEM order status, delivery timelines, and production planning updates
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and sales data using Advanced Excel
Handle order entry, amendment tracking, and delivery follow-ups
Ensure accurate documentation of purchase orders, invoices, challans, and dispatch records
Monitor pending orders, shortages, and urgent OEM requirements
Coordinate for dispatch planning and timely delivery execution
Maintain and update customer-wise OEM data and reporting files
Support management with performance reports and operational

Required Skills & Qualifications:


Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Business preferred)
13 years of experience in Sales Coordination / OEM Coordination / Dispatch Coordination
Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Mandatory) including:
VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
IF / Nested Formulas
Data Analysis & Reporting
Charts & MIS Dashboards
Good understanding of OEM business processes and dispatch cycles
Strong communication and coordination skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in manufacturing / OEM / industrial supply environment
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Tally / similar)
Experience in production-to-dispatch coordination cycle
