Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Coordinator / Sales Administration Executive to support the Sales and Marketing team through effective MIS reporting, sales analytics, expense monitoring, and business performance tracking. The ideal candidate should possess strong Advanced Excel skills and experience in preparing dashboards, presentations, and management reports.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain monthly sales MIS reports and performance dashboards.
Track, verify, and analyze monthly sales expenses, incentives, and field force claims.
Generate periodic sales reports for management review and decision-making.
Develop and automate reports using Advanced Excel functions, formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and dashboards.
Prepare business presentations (PPTs) for sales reviews, management meetings, and monthly business updates.
Monitor sales data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
Analyze sales trends, territory performance, product-wise sales, and market performance.
Coordinate with regional sales managers, marketing teams, finance, and other departments for data collection and report consolidation.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning activities.
Maintain databases and ensure timely updating of sales information.
Assist management in preparing business insights and performance analysis reports.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and Dashboard Preparation.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for management presentations.
Experience in MIS reporting and sales analytics.
Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, or Consumer Products industry.
Exposure to sales administration, sales operations, business analytics, and commercial support functions.
