Job Summary

Policybazaar is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to expand our on-ground sales network. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance products. Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for insurance product sales
• Schedule and conduct client visits to understand customer requirements
• Explain insurance products, features, and benefits to customers
• Recommend suitable insurance solutions based on client needs
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for sales closure
• Coordinate with backend teams for documentation and policy issuance
• Maintain records of client visits and sales activities

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass(With Experience) or Graduate (Fresher or Experienced)
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
• Kannada Fluency Mandatory
• Comfortable with daily client visits within the city
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
