Sales Co- Ordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Marut Air, an industry leader in Industrial Equipment / Machinery - Machine Tools. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.

• Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, customer engagement, and order processing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to drive business growth.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and industry events.

• Proven experience in sales coordination or a related field, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the Industrial Equipment / Machinery - Machine Tools industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in sales software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
