Job Description
Role & responsibilities Customer Service: Greeting shoppers, listening to their needs, and providing expert product recommendations.
- Sales & Upselling: Promoting special offers, demonstrating features, and suggesting complementary items to increase overall sales.
- Checkout & Returns: Operating cash registers, processing payments, and managing returns or exchanges.
- Inventory & Store Upkeep: Restocking shelves, organizing displays, unpacking new merchandise, and keeping the sales floor clean.
