Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented S ales assistant to support our sales operations. The role involves customer follow-ups, order management, communication, and basic administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers through calls for orders and updates
- Update and maintain customer orders and records
- Send bulk messages and updates via WhatsApp
- Maintain and organize data in Excel
- Coordinate with customers for order status and queries
- Assist in dispatching parcels to customers when required
- Ensure timely communication and smooth order processing
Requirements:
- 0 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Comfortable with calling and customer interaction
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Additional Preferences:
- Candidate should be comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of sales coordination is a plus
