Responsibilities:
- Assist senior sales staff with customer interaction, product presentations and closing sales.
- Learn the intricacies of our jewellery collections, including materials, design elements and pricing.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clientele, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.
- Stay informed about current jewellery trends, competitor activity and market demands.
- Participate in sales meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to sales strategies.
- Assist with sales reports and data analysis.
