SailPoint Operations
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Operations Engineer with hands-on experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to support day-to-day IAM operations, access governance activities, and production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining platform stability, troubleshooting access and provisioning issues, supporting compliance-driven reviews, and executing application onboarding activities following established SOPs.
The role also requires experience supporting enterprise IAM environments, handling critical incidents, and collaborating with global IAM teams. Exposure to CyberArk PAM/EPM environments will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Troubleshoot provisioning, lifecycle management, workflow, and access-related issues.
- Support access certification campaigns, access reviews, and governance processes.
- Perform SOP-based application onboarding and access integration activities.
- Implement minor enhancements including workflow updates, configuration changes, and entitlement corrections.
- Investigate incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement resolutions.
- Handle P1/P2 incidents and ensure resolution within SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with client support teams and IAM stakeholders.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
- Provide secondary operational support for CyberArk PAM and CyberArk EPM environments.
- Participate in 24x7 support and on-call rotations.

ITSM

Required Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Identity Access Management.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC operations and support.
- Experience supporting production IAM environments.
- Experience with access governance and compliance processes.
