Summary:
UST is looking for a SailPoint Developer with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to support identity governance and administration initiatives. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable IAM solutions aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
The Opportunity:
- Design and develop IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ and ISC platforms
- Configure and customize SailPoint components including:
- Workflows, Rules, Policies, and Certifications
- Provisioning, Access Requests, and Role Management
- Build and maintain connectors for integrating with enterprise applications (SAP, AD, LDAP, Cloud apps, etc.)
- Develop and troubleshoot custom Java code, Beanshell scripts, and APIs within SailPoint
- Implement identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver)
- Support onboarding of applications and entitlement modeling
- Work closely with business and security teams to translate requirements into IAM solutions
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning of solutions
- Ensure adherence to compliance and audit requirements
What you need:
Required Skills:
- Strong development experience in:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell scripting, REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with connectors (out-of-the-box and custom)
- Good understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, provisioning, access certification, SOD, governance)
- Experience integrating with systems like Active Directory, LDAP, SAP, Azure AD, cloud applications
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, JSON
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with cloud identity integrations (Azure AD, Okta, etc.)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools / CI-CD pipelines for IAM deployments
- Exposure to security frameworks and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
