About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (IAM SailPoint IdentityIQ) to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Governance, and SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role will serve as a key liaison between business, security, and technology teams to drive requirements gathering, process standardization, access governance improvements, and IAM modernization programs.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with business, security, compliance, and technology stakeholders to gather and define IAM requirements.
- Analyze existing Identity and Access Management processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Define and document current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) business processes and workflows.
- Drive standardization of Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes across the organization.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of SailPoint IdentityIQ-based identity governance solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Work closely with architects, developers, and IAM engineers to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Support role modeling, entitlement governance, access certification, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) initiatives.
- Assist in identity data integration initiatives involving HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, and business process reviews.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test scenario preparation and business validation.
- Identify process gaps, operational risks, and compliance concerns while recommending improvement opportunities.
- Ensure IAM processes align with security policies, audit requirements, governance frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Act as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to IAM, Identity Governance, or Cybersecurity domains.
- Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver - JML) processes.
- Hands-on experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementations or enhancement projects.
- Good knowledge of Access Governance, Provisioning, Access Reviews, and Certification Processes.
- Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts and role engineering activities.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and business process analysis.
- Experience documenting business requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Ability to create AS-IS and TO-BE process models for IAM transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, business validation, and sign-off processes.
- Understanding of identity data integration concepts involving HR systems, Active Directory, and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
