Operating at the intersection of healthcare and digital transformation, Sagility leverages advanced analytics and automation to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem.

Role Overview :

The Senior Manager Startup Partnerships & Technology Evaluation will serve as a bridge between Sagilitys operational needs and the evolving external innovation landscape. In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies from the startup ecosystem to enhance the company's service delivery and digital capabilities. You will work closely with internal product teams, business unit heads, and external founders to vet new solutions, manage pilot programs, and ensure that adopted technologies align with the companys long-term strategic objectives. Your work will directly influence how Sagility scales its digital footprint and maintains its competitive edge in the healthcare technology market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Scout and evaluate emerging startups and niche technology providers to identify solutions that address specific operational pain points within the healthcare domain.

- Lead the end-to-end due diligence process for potential technology partners, assessing technical viability, scalability, and security compliance.

- Manage the lifecycle of pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring clear metrics are defined to measure success and ROI.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing workflows.

- Build and maintain a robust network within the startup and venture capital ecosystem to stay ahead of industry trends and disruptive innovations.

- Negotiate partnership agreements and service-level commitments to ensure that technology vendors meet the rigorous standards required by healthcare clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and map them to appropriate technology solutions within a fast-paced environment.

- Strong proficiency in evaluating technical architecture, software-as-a-service (SaaS) models, and automation tools, particularly those relevant to the healthcare or BPM sectors.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership teams and build consensus across diverse internal departments.

- Proven experience in managing external partnerships or vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical value propositions to non-technical stakeholders and presenting strategic recommendations to senior management.

- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, business development, or technology consulting, preferably with exposure to the startup ecosystem.

- An MBA or a degree in Engineering from a premier institute is preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in both business strategy and technical understanding.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Bangalore, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
