Safety Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct safety training programs for employees on various topics such as HIRA, confined space entry, work at height, scaffolding, cold rolling mill operations, and permit systems.
  
• Develop and deliver customized training materials based on client requirements.
  
• Provide technical support to clients during plant visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all training activities and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with management teams to identify areas of improvement in the organization's overall safety performance.
