Safety Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Safety Professional to join our team as a Site Safety Officer in Blue Star Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Develop and implement effective safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in safety management.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or qualifications in safety management are an asset.
• Proven experience in safety management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to safety management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
