Role & responsibilities :- 1. Toolbox talk, safety meeting, training session.

2. Steel fabrication, erection, lifting operations, welding, scaffolding.

Preferred candidate profile :- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Safety Engineering) or an equivalent certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA).

• Work Experience: Proven experience as a Safety Officer or HSE Specialist on industrial construction, steel structural erection, or heavy fabrication sites.
• Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of safety standards covering steel fabrication, erection procedures, rigging/lifting operations, welding safety, and scaffolding assembly/inspection.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in conducting Toolbox Talks (TBT), safety induction meetings, and site hazard training.
• Experience with Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment, and Incident Management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to enforce compliance and safety protocols on-site.

Perks and benefits : Salary ranging from USD 1,200 to USD 1,600 excluding other perks, air ticket, accommodation, local salary etc. according to merit & experience of candidate.
