Job Description
- Configure SaaS applications to meet business requirements
- Manage workflows, business rules, forms, permissions, and user role setups
- Understand and document end-to-end data inflow and outflow processes
- Apply a basic understanding of JSON for configuration and troubleshooting
- Set up and manage user roles and permissions using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Utilize a basic understanding of OAuth for authentication and access control
- Debug configuration issues within SaaS applications
- Analyze application logs and troubleshoot integration failures
- Identify and differentiate between configuration-related and integration-related issues
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- (Nice to Have) Experience in Security and/or Travel industry domains
