SA Executive is a key role responsible for identifying site acquisition opportunities, conducting site surveys as per customer requirement and generating detailed reports. The incumbent also drives the negotiations with land-owners and is responsible for acquiring the site in adherence to statutory compliance and organization policies.

We are hiring for Site Acquisition Associates across PAN India for one of the largest independent tower companies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Site Acquisition and lease management:

• Conduct site survey at the site location and collect data about the site to determine construction and operation feasibility
• Complete target site acquisitions, lease agreement renewal and ZTS F&F settlement within stipulated deadlines and in adherence to the MC compliance criteria and industry norms
• Meet key contacts and external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, landlords etc. to pitch for key opportunities
• Coordinate with Legal team to draft agreements and negotiate contracts with the landlords
• Ensure access to the sites to prevent breakdowns and continue regular maintenance activities by Operations team
• Complete all formalities and ensure completion of all documentation in the site acquisition process

Relationship Management:

• Maintain relations with the landlords after the acquisition of the site to enable future business opportunities
• Resolve landowner queries and complaints during the site acquisition process
• Coordinate with Finance team to track and ensure timely payments to landowners

Internal Customer satisfaction:

• Submit site survey reports to Deployment team to ensure construction activities at the right acquired place.
• Develop networks and build relations with officials/external stakeholders on behalf of the organization to facilitate smooth construction

Site Acquisition Budgeting:

• Assist in the development of the circle budget for site acquisition activities based on historic data such as average cost per site
• Track and submission to anchor & colo lead on industry trends to forecast changes in site acquisition costs

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate with 2+ years of experience in site acquisition.
