Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate to design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions that improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Power Platform, and integration with Microsoft 365 and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop attended and unattended RPA solutions.
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, SQL Server, and external APIs.
• Create reusable automation components and best practices.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance support.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation workflows.
• Document automation processes, technical designs, and deployment procedures.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Provide production support and resolve automation-related issues.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations.
• Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of RPA lifecycle and automation best practices.
• Experience with exception handling and logging mechanisms.
• Knowledge of source control tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.
