EXP: 5 TO 10

JD:
5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA using UiPath
• Strong experience in Agentic AI concepts
• Proficiency in Python for automation and AI development
• Solid experience working with AWS cloud services
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and system integrations
• Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
RPA Expertise
• UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots
• REFramework and enterprise-grade automation
• AI Center / Document Understanding
Agentic AI & Automation
• Experience building autonomous agents, tool-using agents, or workflow-based AI
systems
• Understanding of prompt engineering, agent memory, reasoning, and
orchestration
• Familiarity with LLM-based frameworks or AI orchestration tools (preferred)
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead complex automation initiatives
• Mentoring junior developers and contributing to best practices
