Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer with strong experience in UiPath to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end experience in RPA implementation, strong analytical skills, and expertise in UiPath products and automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into automation workflows.
• Develop reusable automation components and framework-based solutions.
• Perform process assessments and identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation processes.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Manage bot deployments, monitoring, and support activities using UiPath Orchestrator.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Create technical design documents, process documentation, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and AI Center.
• Expertise in developing Attended, Unattended, and Hybrid Bots.
• Experience with REFramework (Robotic Enterprise Framework).
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, VB.NET, and scripting concepts.
• Experience integrating UiPath with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of OCR technologies, Document Understanding, and Intelligent Automation.
• Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
• Strong understanding of exception handling, logging, and performance optimization.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or SVN.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML-enabled automation and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Process Mining and Task Mining.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage.
