Job Description
- Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define RPA value propositions.
- Develop detailed As Is Process Description PDDs and To Be Automated Process Description SDDs.
- Conduct RPA High Level Assessments and develop RPA client architecture and solution proposals.
- Create high-level project plans for implementation projects and provide continuous updates to RPA stakeholders and Project Managers during project delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
- Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA Business Analysis or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with leadership, governance, and change enablement is an added advantage.
