Clean guest rooms according to established standards, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
Replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries and towels
Check all appliances and equipment in guest rooms to ensure they are in working order
Report any maintenance or repair needs to appropriate staff
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests, responding promptly to requests and inquiries
Ensure the security of guest rooms and their belongings
Follow established safety and security protocols, including handling of hazardous materials and reporting any accidents or incidents
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of housekeeping storage areas and equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
