• Clean guest rooms according to established standards, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathroomsReplenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries and towels
• Check all appliances and equipment in guest rooms to ensure they are in working order
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to appropriate staffMaintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests, responding promptly to requests and inquiriesEnsure the security of guest rooms and their belongings
• Follow established safety and security protocols, including handling of hazardous materials and reporting any accidents or incidents
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of housekeeping storage areas and equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
