ROOM ATTENDANT : MALE

We are looking for a skilled Room Attendant to join our team at The OnTime Hotel. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry and hold an HM Degree or Diploma.

Roles and Responsibility

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of room assignments, inventory, and guest interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback courteously and efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Hold an HM Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Possess 5 to 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
• Utilize strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
