Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review medical records, including clinical data, radiology reports, lab results, and other relevant documents.
- Identify missing information from providers and follow up on obtaining necessary documentation.
- Ensure accurate coding of diagnoses using ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS codes.
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information for accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient records.
