Role & responsibilities
Position: Roads/Highway Expert (Senior)
Role : Full Time
Qualification : Master In Transportation
Age limit up to 45 years old
Job description :
1) Minimum 12 years of total professional experience after Masters Degree.
2) Experience in at least 1 Program in leadership capacity of similar Experience during the last 5 years.
3) Experience in similar large infrastructure projects / industrial parks / Urban roads / highways EPC or PMC assignments is desirable.
4) Must have designed urban roads preferably and have knowledge of Road planning, geometric (Plan & Profile) & pavement design, drainage, and intersections in compliance with IRC & MoRTH standards.
5) Construction supervision of roads and utility corridors ensuring quality, specifications, and timelines.
6) QA/QC procedures including material testing, field density tests, factory visit inspection, and pavement layer quality control (GSB, WMM, DBM, BC).
7) Contractor performance monitoring, RFI checking, and adherence to PMC quality protocols.
8) Coordination with EPC contractors and resolution of interface issues across multidisciplinary works.
9) Road safety, traffic management, environmental compliance, and project monitoring and reporting.
10) Software proficiency - Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Excel or equivalent tools.
