Road Safety Auditor

RoadVision AI is building the Autonomous Road Engineer helping governments, transport agencies, highway authorities, consultants, and infrastructure operators improve road safety through AI, Computer Vision, and Geospatial Intelligence.

As a Road Safety Auditor, youll combine engineering expertise with AI-powered insights to assess road networks, identify safety risks, and help agencies make data-driven decisions that save lives.

• Conduct Road Safety Audits (RSA) and safety assessments for road infrastructure projects.
• Review road geometry, intersections, signage, markings, barriers, pedestrian facilities, and roadside assets.
• Validate AI-generated safety observations and identify potential risk factors.
• Prepare audit reports, recommendations, and technical documentation.
• Support transport agencies, consultants, and infrastructure operators with safety improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI, GIS, engineering, and product teams to improve safety analytics.
• Contribute to projects across multiple countries and road networks.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of road safety principles, traffic engineering, and transportation systems.
• Experience conducting road safety audits, inspections, or transportation studies.
• Knowledge of international road safety standards and best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and technical report-writing skills.

• Certified Road Safety Auditor qualification.
• Experience working with highway authorities, transport agencies, consultants, or infrastructure operators.
• Familiarity with iRAP, PIARC, Austroads, AASHTO, or equivalent road safety frameworks.
• Exposure to GIS, road asset management, or digital infrastructure platforms.
• Interest in AI, Computer Vision, and data-driven infrastructure technologies.
