Job Description
To Manage the partnership between Bharti Life Insurance and Partner Bank to sell Insurance products by building relationships with Bank staff and Management, meeting sales targets by converting leads, providing training on insurance products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Promoting the brand and capturing higher share of wallet in the Insurance business of Partner bank and meeting New business productivity & accomplishing assigned Renewal Targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and Maintain strong relationships with Bank staff (Branch seller, Tellers) and key decision makers.
Drive sales growth by managing leads generated from banks branches, converting them into quality business and meeting sales targets.
Working, engaging and connecting with HNI clients for one-on-one selling.
Closing sale and following up on issuance.
Promoting the brand and capturing higher share of wallet in the Insurance business of Partner bank.
Train Bank staff on life insurance concepts and new products introductions to enable them to effectively sell to customer.
Increasing banks customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the
targeted penetration.
Monitor Sales performance, SP activation rates and customer persistency to ensure business goals are met.
Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff.
Follow established processes, ensure timely customer connect and coordinate with operations and other department to maintain compliance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure submitting DSR through companys sales report management tool.
Maintain up to date knowledge of all insurance products and company regulations.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors offerings and regulatory updates
MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
Good communication skills English & regional language (mandatory)
Age group 25-30 years
Min 2 years of Sales experience
Preferably has own conveyance
Previous experience of BFSI industry is preferred
