Job Description
Metro Group Of Hospitals is looking for RMO / Junior Resident to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Patient Care and Management:Provide medical care to patients admitted to the hospital or attending the outpatient department
- Conduct clinical assessments, examinations, and diagnose/treat medical conditions under supervision
- Medical Rounds and Assistance:Participate in medical rounds, discuss patient progress, and assist senior doctors in treatment planning and execution
- Follow instructions from senior medical staff and support their directives for patient care
- Emergency Response and On-Call Duties:Respond to medical emergencies, provide immediate medical attention, and initiate necessary interventions
- Fulfill on-call duties as scheduled, ensuring 24/7 coverage for patient care
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting clinical assessments, treatment interventions, and progress notes
- Prepare reports, summaries, and other documentation as required
- Collaboration and Learning:Collaborate with nursing staff, allied healthcare professionals, and specialists for comprehensive patient care
- Engage in continuous learning, attend educational sessions, and take advantage of training opportunities
