RM - Electrical Projects Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for project-based business.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial segments.

• Engage with key project stakeholders including contractors, project dealers, EPC contractors, MEP contractors, builders, architects, and consultants .

• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

• Conduct regular field visits to identify active and upcoming projects.

• Proactive in field activities and customer engagement.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
